A convenient service to spend more time on vacation and less time at the store. This service will purchase, deliver, and put away your grocery items before your arrival. Resources on Maui can be limited and the shopper will do our very best to accommodate all grocery services requests. If need further assistance in organizing your list, you are welcome to use our templates that can help organize your list to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Helpful Tips for Grocery Planning
- When submitting the order, be as specific as possible when needed
- If you do not want items substituted, please indicate that when the list is submitted
- Indicate how many guests the groceries are for to ensure the best size can be purchased
- Options can be limited! If you do not want the shopper to visit multiple locations, please indicate that
- Provide your arrival flight details on your order to ensure items can be delivered prior to arrival
- Advise of any food allergies or sensitivities that you may have
- We will do our very best to ensure groceries are delivered prior to your arrival

Pricing For Grocery Service
Pricing for this service ranges pending the amount of the cost of the goods: - A $60 fee applies or 35% of the total (whichever is greater) for South Maui (Kihei, Wailea)
- A $100 fee applies or 35% of the total (whichever is greater) for all other location (excludes Hana)
- A 3% credit card processing fee applies and 2% admin fee applies to the total
- Each additional stop beyond the first stop will be $30 extra
- Please indicate if you only wish to have the shopper go to one store only
- Groceries are significantly more in price than found on the Mainland U.S.

*** The final total will be billed your card after the groceries are purchased and delivered as the final total will not be known until then. The final total processed to your card will include groceries, delivery fee, and any additional stop fee once known. Please provide 72-hour notice (or more) lead time prior to arrival.This service/groceries are not complimentary

Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 72-hour cancellation notice regardless of the reason unless the tour operator needs to cancel the tour. Large parties may require additional cancellation notice. Cancellations must be made during our business hours by email or by phone at 808-868-0253. Guests who no-show will not receive refunds. Please see additional booking policy details below.

Booking Policies
All booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we provide you with a confirmation letter and number. Your card will not be processed until the cancellation period and the charge will appear on your statement as Maui Activity Concierge, LLC. Twenty-four to seventy-two hours prior to your activity, we will email you a reminder with driving directions and additional important information about your tour. As a reminder, activities require 72-hour notice of cancellation, unless otherwise noted. This includes, but is not limited to illness, schedule changes, parking or transportation issues, traffic delays, or arriving late. It is important to allow enough time to commute and locate your destination particularly if you are traveling to the other side of the island, for example, Kihei to Lahaina or vis versa as traffic congestion can be quite heavy at times. In the event of weather issues determined by the vendor to not be suitable for the tour, we can reschedule/refund accordingly. Guest who do not arrive at their scheduled and confirmed tour will be not be refunded. Guests who do not meet the requirements of this tour, as outlined above, will not be refunded. Guests are responsible to enjoy this activity safely and responsibly.
